ORIGIN AND HISTORY
The Basset is an ancient dog, which was developed from the contributions of other French dogs Bloodhound defined. These dogs were developed to support low to the ground to hunt such as rabbits, foxes, squirrels and birds in heavy ground cover. CARE REQUIREMENTS
